Hi! I'm Dr. Shama Panjwani, Founder and CEO of S.H.E.

I established SoHolisticEnergy, S.H.E., Counseling & Consultation to provide services and access to marginalized populations and organizations. My goal is to increase cross cultural awareness, organizational leadership, diversity, equity, and inclusivity within academia and institutions as well as mindfulness, meditation, and holistic wellness integration into private counseling as well as workplace settings. I use a holistic wellness approach of mind, body, and spirit in my work while acknowledging multiculturalism and diversity factors.
I am a speaker, presenter, trainer, researcher, educator and practitioner specializing in holistic wellness for marginalized communities. I am experienced in clinical mental health, employee wellness, and organization leadership. I am a professor in counselor education with expertise in incorporating wellness, trauma, and relational focused integrative approaches into the services I offer. I utilize mindfulness and trauma-focused approaches in my work to promote holistic wellness among minoritized populations so that they can live heal, embrace their well-being, and strive to be the best for themselves and others.
